What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support clients and teams through customer service, scheduling, email management, administrative coordination, and efficient workflow management.

I've supported Excellent Grade Academy as a Virtual Assistant and Secretary, registering more than 200 students for JAMB classes, maintaining student records, and assisting with training-event logistics.

As a Project Coordinator for the Department of Anatomy at COOU, I coordinated departmental events including a trade fair, induction ceremony, and pageantry. I assigned presentations, delegated tasks, and maintained team communication to keep work moving efficiently.

I've also coached peers remotely on virtual-assistant tools, client communication, and task management. I use Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Zapier, Canva, CapCut, and HubSpot to streamline workflows and provide client support.
