At PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk., part of Siam Cement Group, I managed end-to-end sourcing and contract administration for more than IDR 400 billion in annual spend. I negotiated commercial terms, established framework agreements, and partnered with Legal, Finance, Quality, and operational teams to keep contracts and supplier obligations on track.
I cut costs by more than 30% by replacing spot buying with structured pricing agreements, reduced supply disruption by around 20% through multi-supplier strategies, and maintained 95–100% PR-to-PO conversion over 12 months. I'm currently completing CIPS Level 4 and hold a Master of Management focused on Supply Chain Management and Operations from the University of Melbourne.
