What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design practical, business-aligned learning that improves onboarding, compliance, service excellence, and frontline performance through engaging blended experiences.

I'm currently designing retail and head-office learning at YM Inc., turning policies, procedures, safety, loss prevention, and store standards into practical eLearning and microlearning for distributed teams.

Previously, I led Sienna Essentials at Sienna Senior Living, a company-wide service excellence and onboarding initiative supporting 90+ care communities. At Spark Power, I launched a North America-wide onboarding program and built training for compliance, operations, leadership, technical skills, and culture alignment across corporate and field teams.

I bring experience across retail, healthcare, field services, and adult education, creating blended learning, facilitator-led sessions, job aids, scenario-based content, and performance support tools.
