What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a legal role where I can draft and review contracts, manage legal risk, and support compliant GCG practices—especially in regulated and sharia-related environments—with mentoring and room to grow.

I’m a corporate legal professional with experience in contract drafting, legal review, and legal corporate work, with a focus on implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). I bring a highly professional attitude, strong determination, and excellent time management to help legal teams deliver accurate, timely outcomes.

In my current role, I handle legal risk by reviewing and organizing legal documents such as Company Agreements, Addenda, NDAs, MoUs, memoranda, SOPs, circular letters, powers of attorney, and regulator response letters (including Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) complaint responses). I verify Business Partners’ Articles of Association (AoA) and amendments, ensure alignment of agreements with the parties’ scope, and identify potential legal risk tied to cooperation.

I also support onboarding of Notaries/PPAT as bank partners by verifying authorization documents and preparing agreements between Notaries/PPAT and the bank. Alongside this, I conduct research on laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to sharia banking and monitor the legal team’s work progress through a logbook.

Previously, I interned across corporate legal and legal loan recovery, assisting with document accuracy and compliance with internal policies and sharia principles. I’ve drafted and reviewed contracts and legal opinions, supported legal meetings and Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and conducted ongoing legal research to evaluate how regulatory changes affect business operations.
