I'm currently a Resource Associate at Bell, where I analyze regional workload, manage appointment openings against technician capacity, compile operational reports, and resolve complex issues involving technicians, management, and associates.

Previously, I supported Bell's Control Center by distributing and prioritizing technician work, matching tasks to the right skills, providing technical support, and keeping customers informed about appointment status. I've built six years of call center experience focused on service quality, process coaching, and customer satisfaction.

My retail leadership background at Old Navy and Aeropostale includes driving sales through merchandising, adapting to inventory and sales needs, coaching associates, and maintaining brand standards. I also bring training in network engineering, system analysis, security, server administration, and troubleshooting.
