I've led enterprise banking-software implementations at FIS, coordinating planning, conversion, configuration, installation, training, issue resolution, and turnover for financial institutions.

At FIS, I identified deployment, licensing, contract, and billing discrepancies and led a cross-functional initiative across billing, CRM, development, legal, and three SQL Server environments. The work supported approximately 250 banking institutions and generated roughly $600K in first-year net revenue, with more than $1M in subsequent revenue.

Through AWM Consulting, I lead client engagements from discovery and requirements through design, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and support. I build practical workflows, dashboards, reporting tools, controls, and SOPs using Excel, Power Query, VBA, PowerShell, SQL Server, and SSRS.

I've also brought an owner-operator perspective to Metro Wine Bar & Bistro, using sales, labor, inventory, and operational data to guide decisions. I enjoy translating ambiguous business needs into maintainable solutions that improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
