Adam Kvítek
@adamkvtek
Senior technical writer building docs-as-code and AI-augmented documentation factories for better customer experiences.
What I'm looking for
I write customer-focused documentation and take full ownership of it. I led multiple content migrations, created documentation websites from scratch, and built and ran an automated Claude Code documentation factory.
In my current role as the company’s sole Technical Writer, I own and edit B2B user guides, getting-started guides, release notes, and references for all Pdftools products. I run UX research calls, test SDKs and services locally (including in Docker and on Windows Server), and restructure documentation sites to improve clarity and usefulness.
I’ve implemented AI-augmented workflows with rigorous human oversight, using Claude Code and Codex to automate documentation creation and reviews. I also added deterministic quality gates with Vale for AI-generated content, rebuilt underperforming sample pages for a 95% performance gain, and reimplemented customized DocSearch; structured data improves SEO and LLM discoverability.
Previously, I produced documentation for cybersecurity developers at Semgrep, managed Docusaurus-based open-source docs alongside engineers, and supported UX writing across engines and extensions. Earlier roles included building a Docusaurus documentation site from scratch at Adverity (including information architecture and migration from Zendesk to Madcap Flare), creating Tequila docs at Kiwi.com, and maintaining DocBook/AsciiDoc documentation at Red Hat.
