I've supported and maintained enterprise systems at Collins Aerospace, resolving complex end-user, telecommunications, network hardware, and software issues while coordinating infrastructure planning, installation, and documentation.
Previously at Smith & Wesson Brands, I developed internal solutions, deployed applications across multiple locations, supported engineering and manufacturing software, and maintained more than 400 specialty CAD units at an 85% or higher efficiency rate. I also led machine technology retrofit projects and created documented walkthroughs for PCDMIS, QC Calc, Solidworks, and MasterCam.
Today, I fly UAV missions with Black Ink Aeronautics, coordinate FAA-approved flight paths, troubleshoot drone and computer equipment, and deliver photogrammetry-based 3D models. I bring hands-on systems administration, network troubleshooting, project coordination, and client communication to every engagement.
