What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people directly—whether in classrooms or with educational software—using strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and teamwork. I want an environment that values documentation, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

I currently work as an Assistant Language Teacher, teaming up with Japanese English teachers to support elementary and junior high students. I help with lesson preparation and delivery, teach conversational English, and act as a cultural ambassador to broaden students’ global perspective.

Before teaching full-time, I strengthened my technical foundation in hands-on IT roles. I built custom and non-custom computers, assembled over 100 custom PCs, and supported imaging and build process troubleshooting while deploying 200+ computers using IGEL OS.

As a Support Services Analyst, I provide customer support for educational products—troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through product features, and ensuring smooth software operation. I also collaborate with internal teams to address system bugs and document customer feedback, keeping educator, administrator, and student needs at the center.
