I’m a software engineering graduate who builds with Python and Java, with strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and REST/API-based development. I aim to ship solutions that are both technically sound and easy for real users to understand.
In a high-volume remote support role, I resolved connectivity, communication, and service issues across residential and business customers. I translated complex technical terminology into accessible language, documented outcomes in ticketing systems, and kept service quality high while handling up to 50 customer calls per day.
In my senior design project, I helped develop a wireless weather-triggered telemetry system for real-time environmental monitoring. Using Python scripts and asynchronous scheduled processes, I worked with MariaDB and Grafana to store, visualize, and monitor telemetry data, while collaborating on an architecture designed to support future equipment expansion.
I also built an Android chess AI application in Python using minimax search logic, optimizing compatibility for older mobile hardware and focusing on debugging and runtime reliability in Android Studio.
