What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or client-facing role where I can build trust, generate leads, close deals, and grow through hands-on responsibility and leadership opportunities.

I've closed automotive sales at VIP Auto while managing lease paperwork, delivery logistics, vehicle handoffs, and client satisfaction.

In wholesale real estate, I created and negotiated contracts between homeowners and cash buyers, coordinated with title companies, and handled closing logistics. I generated leads through cold outreach, making 400+ calls daily and marketing properties through networking.

I also launched and ran JB Washing, a seasonal power washing and landscaping business, managing scheduling, service quality, client relationships, and payment collection.

My experience includes leading Starbucks shifts, training team members, managing inventory and cash registers, and resolving conflicts. I'm fluent in Arabic and English, currently pursuing a Finance degree, and bring financial literacy, negotiation, discipline, and a customer-focused approach to sales.
