What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support opportunity where I can use written communication, digital tools, and online communication while learning company-specific support platforms, procedures, and workflows.

I've created anime-related video content for online platforms using AI-assisted tools, planning, editing, and preparing videos for publication.

I've also designed YouTube thumbnails and visual content in Canva for approximately three months. As a recent Physical Sciences Baccalaureate graduate, I'm ready for remote customer support work and motivated to learn company-specific tools, procedures, and workflows.
