BBA graduate pursuing operations and supply chain roles, with customer research and warehouse operations training.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Operations Executive, MIS, or Supply Chain roles in Guwahati where I can apply my learning and contribute to operational excellence.

At Speed X Automobiles (Bajaj Auto), I studied customer satisfaction and preferences through research with 100+ customers. I designed questionnaires, collected feedback through interviews and forms, and analyzed the data in MS Excel.

My research identified service gaps, and I recommended 3 strategic improvements to management. I also studied the sales process, customer handling, and brand perception of Bajaj bikes in Mirza.

Through Flipkart SCOA, I earned a Grade A certification in warehouse operations. I learned warehousing and supply chain processes, including inventory management, WMS, and barcode scanning.
