At bookit, I co-founded a revenue protection SaaS platform for the beauty and wellness industry after identifying a market gap through customer discovery across Egypt. I moved the product strategy from a simple booking tool to a broader revenue protection platform and secured our first paid pilot with La Coupe.
I built bookit’s founding team from zero, hiring its co-founder and CTO, engineering team, and product designers. I also serve as acting Product Manager and Scrum Master, guiding work from user stories and sprint planning through delivery.
At DEPT®, I led and scaled the Uber design team across 15 sub-brands, managing 21 designers across Toronto, London, and Manchester. I restructured the team across Consumer and B2B segments and helped secure an expanded client retainer.
Earlier, I redesigned UX flows for myeatpal Dubai and built Figma component libraries to bring consistency across its application. My work spans product strategy, design, and business development, including a bootstrapped marketing campaign that grew Fadomo Designs’ product sales.
