At FlapKap, I design the internal operations platform and client-facing app for SME financing products. I led end-to-end design for Short-Term Financing, Invoice Discounting, and Car Dealership Financing, from user flows and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes.
I built and maintain a unified design system across internal tools and the client app, and work with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial workflows into clear interfaces. I also test designs and iterate on loan application and approval flows using user and stakeholder feedback.
Before FlapKap, I designed web and mobile products at Softec International, dkilo, Alef Software, and Digitalyard, conducting user research and usability testing along the way. I started in graphic design at Alyousef Advertising, creating social media and print assets.
