I’m looking for a relationship-focused role in Islamic banking or business development where I can grow retail/SME portfolios, deliver CASA and term deposit growth, cross-sell Shariah-compliant products, and ensure strong KYC/regulatory compliance.

I’m a results-driven Relationship Manager with 3+ years of experience in Islamic banking and business development, managing retail and SME client portfolios while meeting deposit growth targets. Currently, I manage and grow retail and SME banking clients at UBL Ameen (Islamic Banking), focusing on proactive relationship management and Shariah-compliant cross-selling.

At Meezan Bank Limited, I consistently exceeded CASA deposit targets—achieving an average of 120% of monthly CASA targets and generating 10M+ PKR per month against a 5M PKR target. I contributed over 300M PKR in CASA deposits overall and onboarded around 60 new clients per month, while also meeting car financing, mutual fund, and Takaful sales targets through needs-based cross-selling.

I’m also experienced in lead generation and remote business development in the USA market, qualifying shipper leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to support revenue growth.
