I am a highly organized, dedicated and diplomatic Human Resources Officer with a strong commitment to employee welfare and improving work environments. I bring practical HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and payroll familiarity.

My background includes hands-on experience as an HR Executive and Computer Operator, where I supported HR functions and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems. I emphasize discretion and integrity when handling confidential information and employee concerns.

I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Planning (Islamic Arabic University) and a BA from National University, Bangladesh, and have completed professional qualifications in computer office applications, Microsoft Office management, and ERP 9. I am proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, typing, and data analysis.

I communicate in Bangla fluently and have intermediate skills in English and Arabic; I am looking to contribute to an organization that values employee development, efficient HR operations, and continuous improvement.
