I am seeking a full-time HR/admin role (40 hours/week, flexible shifts) where I can manage payroll, office operations, travel logistics, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team environment.

I am an HR & Administration Associate with 2+ years supporting office operations and HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment at ASL Systems, Dhaka. I coordinate events, manage employee records, and oversee payroll and office purchases.

I maintain accurate financial records, control transport logistics, supervise daily office services, and handle legal registration and license documentation. I coordinate higher-management foreign travel including visa processing and prepare HR reports using Wagebook and Bangla Qorum. I also apply MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Zapier, and simple video editing to support communications and documentation.

I seek a full-time HR/admin role where I can apply my organization, payroll expertise, and collaborative approach to improve operations and support a growing team.
