I am an HR & IT professional with 7+ years' experience in the textile industry, focused on payroll automation, labour law compliance, and IT infrastructure management. I have implemented and optimized Jivika HR & Payroll software and managed payroll disbursement for 500+ employees via bKash.

My work blends HR operations and technical support: I maintain employee records, issue HR communications, ensure compliance with labour laws, and install and manage IT hardware, networks, printers and CCTV systems.
