I built a customer health scoring framework using Mixpanel data to identify churn-risk accounts and developed Python API workflows connecting support-ticket and customer activity data. My projects include a customer intelligence platform for churn analytics and a Power BI sales dashboard; I’ve also developed a Python HR analytics dashboard at Chakradhara Aerospace & Cargo Pvt Limited.
