I’m an MBA in Human Resource Analytics with a BE in Computer Science Engineering, combining data analysis with stakeholder-focused HR reporting. I enjoy turning complex information into clear, actionable insights that support better workforce decisions.

In technical training and placement settings, I delivered structured learning on Aptitude, Programming, Microsoft Excel, and Soft Skills while tracking learner performance through Excel-based reporting. I collaborated with placement teams to improve student employability and helped learners build interview readiness.

As a Computer Science Teacher, I designed lesson plans, assessments, and performance reports for ICSE students, and I used practical sessions to strengthen analytical thinking and digital literacy. I’ve consistently focused on communication, problem solving, and measurable outcomes.

Through HR analytics work and projects like the School Election Voting & Analytics System, I’ve strengthened my data validation and reporting discipline using Excel and JSON. I’m now seeking an HR Analyst, People Analytics, or HR Operations Analyst role where my Excel/SQL reporting skills and workforce analytics mindset can create real impact.
