What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead high-performing UX teams delivering enterprise product experiences, aligning design strategy to business priorities while scaling AI-driven, agile design and content/usability practices in technical environments.

I’m a global UX design leader who builds and scales teams to deliver enterprise software experiences. At Red Hat, I manage UX designers supporting the enterprise OpenShift platform and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership. I’m known for aligning design strategy to business-critical initiatives in highly technical environments, while advancing AI-driven design and agile project management.

I currently manage a global team of 18+ designers and researchers, defining team structure, roles, and responsibilities to match program needs. I partner with Product and Engineering to align design priorities to initiatives that matter most. I also developed an AI-supported approach to identify strategic UX opportunities from 40+ stakeholder touchpoints, turning complex input into clear UX direction.

On the execution side, I led my team’s adoption of AI-driven design, achieving 100% completion of quarterly AI goals across the team. I also directed our transition to agile design, exceeding prioritization and productivity benchmarks: 97% of stories scoped, 78% of stories linked to epics, and over 50% of all work linked to the highest strategic level in Jira. I take pride in making UX delivery more measurable, more collaborative, and more responsive to product outcomes.

Earlier at Red Hat, I helped shape the org by transforming a centralized global group of visual designers into the company’s first Design System team, implementing consistent UI patterns and themes across enterprise platforms. I founded and scaled Red Hat’s first UX Content Design team to craft the portfolio-wide UI content experience, and I built partnerships between Design and Development to enable major releases that redefined look, feel, and function. Before that, I defined Red Hat’s first UX Content Design function as the sole content strategist in a 130+ UX org, led a first content usability testing effort with 100% task completion, and worked cross-functionally on product UI microcopy; prior to Red Hat, I also managed HubSpot’s HubSpot Academy content operations, reducing localization costs by over 50% and driving 70%+ blog traffic to HubSpot Academy.
