I’m a design technologist and senior UX leader with dual degrees in computer science and interactive design, and over 9 years of experience building products that make complex systems feel simple. I’m equally comfortable writing and shipping code and leading cross-functional design strategy—so ideas don’t just look right, they work in the real product.

For 6.5 years at WEX, I grew the benefits design team from a single designer to a 14-person practice spanning three product lines and serving 20M+ users. As a promoted Senior UX Design Lead, I led end-to-end design across consumer, employer, and partner/admin portals, and helped drive alignment through detailed strategy presentations, async documentation, and structured cross-functional sessions.

I’ve pioneered hands-on, AI-assisted prototyping across a 60-person design org—building a Cursor workshop web app and rolling it out org-wide within the same month. I also directed a consumer portal redesign, reimagining the CDH experience with an AI-forward homepage that lets users ask natural-language questions about their benefits instead of navigating legacy portal structures.

I’m motivated by design teams that ship under real constraints, and I’ve built the operating rhythm and design ops infrastructure to make that sustainable: Figma file structure, Confluence libraries, and async documentation practices for remote delivery. I’m now seeking a hands-on IC or design technologist role at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or productivity company where design and technology intersect at the core of the product.
