What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate client and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, and validated digital solutions, particularly across banking, fintech, and small-business platforms.

I'm a Business Analyst supporting small-business digital initiatives at Link Up Labs, where I lead discovery sessions, map workflows, define requirements, and coordinate delivery across client and internal teams.

Previously at FIS Global, I translated U.S. and Canadian banking-client needs into functional specifications and user stories for ACH and cheque-processing systems. I owned requirements through sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT sign-off, stakeholder demos, and presentations to audiences of up to 80 people.

My technical foundation in .NET, TypeScript, Angular, SQL, API/UI integration, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel helps me connect business goals with engineering constraints. I also bring experience defining user journeys and acceptance criteria for a home-services marketplace platform.
