At CIBC, I delivered business analysis for banking initiatives, turning stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
I delivered regulatory reporting enhancements aligned to OSFI, Bank Act, and B20 requirements, translating compliance needs into business rules, data requirements, and testing criteria.
I also worked on adjudication platform data ingestion and migration from a legacy system to a cloud-based platform, using SQL for profiling, reconciliation, validation, and data mapping.
At the Ontario Ministry of Health, I participated in requirements and change delivery for Ontario’s vaccine booking platform. I also supported callers with vaccine inquiries while following PHIPA requirements.
