I’m an Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in handicraft development, artisan training, and sustainable product promotion. I’ve led community-based initiatives focused on empowering women artisans and preserving traditional crafts through practical, field-led support.

In my role with Ashray Foundation (HRDP Project), I led a flagship community development project, designed and delivered targeted handicraft training programs, and coordinated with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. I’m experienced in building self-sustaining artisan groups and supporting implementation with clear documentation and reporting.

As a Virtual Assistant with Infinity Business Solution, I provide remote administrative support—scheduling, email handling, data entry, and client coordination—while also contributing to capacity-building sessions. I’ve supported eco-conscious handicraft practices linked to Ganga rejuvenation and local wildlife protection efforts through community engagement.
