I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-Ray search, and AI-enabled tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude to support sourcing and recruitment workflows.
Previously at TEKVAL LLC, I managed 25–30 concurrent technology requisitions and led and mentored a team of five recruiters. Across my recruiting roles, I've supported US-market hiring, assessed candidates, coordinated interviews, and helped move candidates through offer and onboarding stages.
