What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep learning and strengthening my legal skills in my area of interest, while contributing to an organization’s growth as both legal support and a business enabler.

At Fidelity International, I handle end-to-end UK business platform and discretionary fund management contracts, from review and negotiation through finalization. I also advise on day-to-day business queries and manage a group-wide-impact project with business and operations teams and external counsel.

Previously, at DMI Finance Private Limited and L&T Financial Services, I worked on financing and investment transactions, including project financing for wind and solar renewable energy projects and NHAI projects. At DMI Finance Private Limited, I also reviewed and finalized shareholder, share subscription, and warrant subscription agreements for fund investments.

Earlier, at Essar Power Limited and Delhi International Airport Private Limited, I handled commercial contracts and legal matters involving power, airport assignments, and litigation. I began in a law firm working on banking transactions, and earned a Masters in Corporate Law from National Law University, Jodhpur.
