I seek an in-house legal role in renewable energy or infrastructure where I can drive commercial deals, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project financing and growth.

I am a dynamic legal professional enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council, with three years of focused experience in projects and infrastructure within the renewable energy sector.

At AMPIN Energy Transition Pvt. Ltd., I drafted, reviewed, and negotiated PPAs, EPC and O&M contracts, MSAs and other commercial agreements, and independently managed legal affairs for the southern region, closing over 50 marquee C&I clients.

I have conducted land due diligence for agricultural and government land acquisitions, structured security interests for project financing, and advised on complex regulatory matters including open access frameworks and statutory approvals.

I have represented utilities and clients before SERCs, APTEL, CERC, High Courts and the Supreme Court, and I collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercially viable, legally sound solutions across the project lifecycle.
