At Hexagram Fintech Pvt. Ltd., I worked on mPower, an investment management platform for mutual funds, pension funds, and alternative investment funds. I contributed to work that automated 98% of manual operational tasks, including NAV computation, compliance tracking, and data reconciliation.
I designed and maintained Java and Spring MVC backend services, worked on NAV computation and compliance modules, and added unit tests across critical code paths. I also built data reconciliation tools to catch discrepancies before they reached downstream reports.
I built front-end components with Backbone.js, JSP, HTML/CSS, and jQuery, and onboarded and mentored 12 team members on product internals and GitHub Copilot. My Copilot approach reduced routine API development and unit test writing time by roughly 50%.
