At Maruti Suzuki India, I own product strategy and delivery for a Mobility-as-a-Service platform on ONDC, shaping rider, driver, fleet-owner, and operations-partner experiences for ride-hailing.
I translate business vision into engineering-ready requirements, managing a 150+ user-story backlog across 10 epics and 18 sprints. I lead a 15-member cross-functional team, manage a 20+ member vendor team, and drive release governance across seven modules with 99%+ critical defect closure.
I’ve also built a configurable dynamic-pricing engine, competitive fare benchmarking, insurance product roadmaps, KPI dashboards, and go-to-market campaigns. Earlier at Unison Insurance Broking, I delivered workflow automations and vendor-led RBAC solutions for the SARB platform.
