At Omnicane Milling Operations Limited, I lead the design and implementation of integrated quality and food safety management systems across multiple operational units. My work covers ISO, HACCP and BRCGS requirements, audits, corrective actions, and customer compliance.
I also manage document systems using Oracle Microsoft Netsuite, SharePoint and MS Teams, and develop quality and food safety training for personnel. From 2017 to 2023, I also handled bagging and loading operations, warehouse and stock management, production planning, and logistics coordination.
Earlier, I worked in production, maintenance and process supervision at Livestock Feed Ltd, Total Mauritius Ltd and Omnicane Milling Operations Ltd. I have more than 15 years in the sugar industry and hold lead auditor qualifications in ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS, alongside PCQI certification.
