What I'm looking for

I seek a role leveraging customs assessment, enforcement and compliance skills in a risk-focused, collaborative organisation offering professional growth.

I am a Technical Officer at the MRA Customs Department with progressive experience across assessment, enforcement and seaport operations, having served in roles from Trainee to Technical Officer since 2004. I hold an MBA (Distinction), a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Finance and a BEng (Hons) in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, and I combine technical knowledge with customs operations and compliance expertise.

I have led and contributed to units including Motor Vehicle Corridor, PCRD, Freeport, Bond and Investigation teams, and I completed advanced training in post-clearance audit, trade-based money laundering, and the UNODC-WCO Container Control Programme. I am results-oriented, committed to revenue protection and risk-based customs controls, and fluent in English, French and Hindi.
