I’m a Qualtrics Consultant with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and analyzing Employee Experience (EX) surveys. I translate client research objectives into measurable survey logic using Survey Flow, Embedded Data, and advanced branching and display rules.

In consulting engagements, I manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation to client handoff—using JIRA to keep timelines, deliverables, and updates on track. I also take ownership of data integrity through rigorous data cleansing and validation in Excel, using techniques like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to produce client-ready reporting formats.

Beyond survey development, I focus on turning raw responses into insights stakeholders can act on. I support dashboards and reporting, perform end-to-end survey testing and QA, and build dynamic Excel reporting templates that improve data reliability and accelerate analysis. Before Qualtrics, I worked as a Primary Research Analyst and a Junior Data Analyst, strengthening my ability to extract trends from diverse datasets and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
