At Wipfli India, I process bi-weekly US multi-state payroll on iSolved for about 500 employees, with zero missed deadlines to date. I also manage employee lifecycle transactions and payroll data updates.
I automated the payroll report sent to more than 30 clients each cycle using Power Automate. With Microsoft Copilot, I also automated implementation data-file formatting, reducing the time needed to clean data.
As the main point of contact between the US, HCM, and India teams, I pass project information between teams and train and guide two teammates. I also present monthly reports to the US team manager.
Previously, I managed US payroll at Wipro Technologies and handled payroll populations of about 2,000 at Adecco India Private Limited and nearly 4,000 at TeamLease Services Limited. I’m seeking Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Lead roles in US payroll with GCC, Big 4 GDS, or shared-services organisations in Bengaluru or remotely.
