What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, high-availability software where I can own production outcomes, solve complex integration problems, and contribute to architecture, testing, and delivery.

At Viveka Services, I build and support Java microservices, payment integrations, and secure EDI/ETL pipelines for client-facing healthcare platforms. I take ownership of L3 production incidents, root-cause analysis, API troubleshooting, and end-to-end releases under operational SLAs.

I've raised unit and integration test coverage from 20% to 80%, refactored ETL pipelines for a 30% processing-efficiency improvement, and designed integrations with Zelis. I also mentor international engineering teams on containerization, CI/CD, Kafka, Kubernetes, and scalable deployment infrastructure.
