What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term payroll or human resources position where I can apply my payroll systems knowledge, organizational skills, and ability to learn new systems and procedures.

At Neeyamo Enterprise Solution, I manage end-to-end Finland payroll for 10 clients and more than 1,000 employees each month, maintaining SLA delivery and 100% accuracy.

I support HR operations and payroll transitions for EMEA clients, creating ramp-up plans, process maps, milestones, and infrastructure readiness checks. I also handle pre-processing, post-processing, and governance calls while managing employee helpdesk queries.

I bring in-depth knowledge of Finland payroll, including tax cards, TyEL pensions, unemployment insurance, statutory deductions, Vero reporting, and the Incomes Register. I've received Employee of the Month recognition and client appreciation for stabilizing a complex payroll client.
