I'm seeking a position in administration, reception, customer service, data entry or a related field where I can apply my existing skills, gain further professional experience and contribute to the effective operation of the organisation.

At TNM Shop, I promote TNM Home Broadband routers, MiFi devices and connectivity packages, and explain service options to prospective customers.

I assist customers with registration, router activation and service enquiries, and support customer acquisition activities.

I also provide customer support, answer product questions and help maintain positive customer relationships.

I hold a Malawi School Certificate of Education and a Certificate of Completion in Office Administration & Secretarial Skills. My skills include data entry, typing, Microsoft Word and email.
