What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote, typing-based role in social media support, chat management, community moderation, or digital customer experience, ideally with a Turkey-based or US-based company. I prefer asynchronous work with no calls required.

At Soulaced, my Etsy digital wall art shop, I launched a brand for US and international decor markets. I manage product design, listings, keyword research, and descriptions.

I used Etsy SEO and organic Pinterest marketing to help generate the shop’s first sales within three months. Content testing and audience research grew Pinterest visibility to about 1.9K monthly organic views.

Previously, I supported international customers at Ibex Global and E-Planet Communications, handling subscription services, technical issues, and customer queries across US and UK markets. I’m seeking fully remote, typing-based work in social media support, chat management, community moderation, or digital customer experience.
