What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or hybrid Project Coordinator or Project Specialist roles internationally, where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, schedules, vendors, operations, and project delivery.

I've coordinated projects for WALLS for Light Snacks, including a four-week migration from SAPAAD to FOODICS and the launch of a customer loyalty app. I manage implementation plans, schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, reporting, documentation, and communication across management, production teams, and vendors.

At HOPPER Apparel and Amuse Floral Design Studio, I coordinated production, fulfillment logistics, inventory, client orders, manufacturing costs, and management reporting. I also supported operational scaling through end-to-end recruitment, contributing to 10 core-team and 20+ frontline hires.

Earlier at Lightbug Media Productions, I secured in-flight broadcasting rights for a Kuwaiti film with Kuwait Airways, Gulf Air, and Royal Jordanian, while organizing client video shoots from planning through delivery.
