What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support customer service, administrative operations, quality control, documentation, reporting, and process improvement, including schedules that overlap with U.S. business hours.

I've supported American technicians and customers at Bay Master Appliance Services, delivering professional service communication while maintaining quality standards, documentation, and operational reporting.

I monitor service quality, evaluate technician performance, provide feedback, and identify workflow improvements that strengthen consistency and team accountability. My work includes data verification, Excel reporting, customer query handling, process coordination, and accurate recordkeeping in remote environments.

Previously, I managed official records and document processing at Kabul City Education Directorate, led operations and staff at Guzar Gah-e-Danish, and supported client engagement at Roshan Group of Companies. I'm fluent in English and available full-time from Afghanistan, including schedules overlapping with U.S. business hours.
