At Black Crows, I developed custom Shopify storefronts and apps for an apparel retail client. I built Node.js tools to export orders, update order metafields, automate fulfillment, and make bulk product and pricing changes through GraphQL.

Earlier at Black Crows, I developed Salesforce B2C Commerce storefront features and integrations, including dynamic checkout delivery dates using FedEx and UPS Transit Times APIs. I also owned production support and ongoing storefront enhancements after launch.

At PwC Portugal, I was Technical Lead for the Boots UK SFCC/PWA storefront, reviewing designs, driving sprint planning, and coordinating a Feature Group. I also reviewed code and mentored developers.

On my AI Agent Chatbot project, I built a Node.js/TypeScript conversational agent on the Claude API, with tool calling, multi-turn memory, and a RAG pipeline using PostgreSQL/pgvector. I deployed it to Railway and added observability with OpenTelemetry and Langfuse.
