I handle Metro Ethernet (TBG) network disruptions as an Engineer on Site (EOS) at PT Telkom Indonesia, using ZOC Terminal for remote troubleshooting and fault isolation to restore service quickly.
I monitor Broadband Core performance and stability dashboards, analyze and classify incident tickets in the Telkomsel CTS system, and coordinate with the NOC team and field engineers to resolve end-to-end disruptions.
Alongside Telkom work, I contributed to international AI initiatives as a LiDAR Data Labeling & Annotation Specialist, labeling 3D point clouds and classifying vehicles, pedestrians, and traffic signs to support machine learning model training.
