At TULLAB, I implemented Visa payment flows through Oman Bank for rental and bill payments in the Omaqar App, which also provides access to rent, purchases, and invoices.
I designed and built a WhatsApp Business AI multi-agent system that answers client inquiries using RAG and a Pinecone vector database. I also implemented specialized-agent routing, contextual memory, and database integration.
For TULLAB, I built a daily n8n workflow that uses OpenAI and customer request data to organize rental and purchase inquiries, then email them to the company. I also built and owned the real-time chat module for the Tullab App using Socket.IO.
