What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build on my international admissions, recruitment, compliance, and partnership experience in a collaborative role focused on applicant experience, conversion quality, inclusive engagement, and continuous improvement.

I support international postgraduate recruitment, admissions operations, and compliance-led applicant progression across South Asia, MENA, Africa, and the UK.

At Aston University, I managed annual pipelines of 3,000–5,000+ international applicants, guiding progression from application to enrolment across multiple intake cycles. I handled 50–100 daily applicant and agent interactions while resolving documentation, financial, visa, and eligibility barriers.

I was selected for a small, high-trust team responsible for postgraduate CAS issuance, assessing credibility, documentation integrity, and UKVI compliance. As one of two leads for credibility and compliance checks, I escalated and resolved high-risk cases through direct verification with agents, applicants, and partner institutions.

I use Microsoft Dynamics, SITS, and Unit4 to monitor pipeline progress and support timely decisions. I’m also pursuing an MSc in Sports Business and Management at the University of Liverpool, bringing a focus on inclusive engagement, continuous improvement, and strong institutional research culture.
