As Technical SPOC and pre-sales partner for PayTabs' payment collection platform, I helped shape the product from concept to market-ready deployment, including API architecture, enterprise integrations, POCs, and customer-led roadmap input. I've also delivered telephony and CRM transformations for Emirates Insurance, Masar Finance, Saudi Home Loans, and Al-Sagr Cooperative Insurance.
Earlier, I architected Q-Tickets.com across web, mobile, POS, and kiosks, and led SMS and Voice API platforms processing more than 40 million messages daily.
