I've delivered QA across web, mobile, and desktop applications for AIIT Solutions, Vitalize Care, Japan Station Technologies, and Funprime Technologies. My work spans manual, exploratory, regression, smoke, stress, load, and automation testing.

At AIIT Solutions, I run daily smoke tests across development, staging, UAT, and production environments, validate releases, and investigate user-reported issues. I also test the Agency VA desktop application, its web integration, and its integrated AI chatbot.

For Vitalize Care, I tested healthcare workflows including shift creation, deletion, overlapping schedules, and callouts, using Playwright for automation. I document test cases and walkthroughs and support end users through Intercom.

I've tested 15+ small applications, improved defect reporting from Excel to Jira, and contributed to UI design in Figma and a Drupal website build. I work closely with developers and product teams in Agile environments to resolve defects and strengthen release quality.
