I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing across government, edtech, and enterprise software. I focus on exploratory testing, test case design, and defect lifecycle management, so quality ownership is real—not just reported.

In my recent work, I designed and executed comprehensive test plans for major government platforms, covering functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing. I also led manual QA for DLIMS with a goal of zero critical production defects across major releases, and I performed rigorous data accuracy and security testing for PMIS while supporting reliable HMIS testing across multiple hospital deployments.

I’ve built and validated automation beyond conventional testing—recently creating an autonomous AI-powered browser automation pipeline integrating Claude AI, ChatGPT, and Gemini with full end-to-end workflow thinking.
