I am a QA professional with experience in both manual and automated testing, bringing strong expertise that aligns well with the requirements of modern software quality assurance. I have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), with the ability to design clear and effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on both functional and technical requirements.

My background in functional testing covers black-box, white-box, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing. On the automation side, I have hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Katalon Studio, and Playwright. I am also skilled in API testing using Postman and SoapUI, as well as performance testing with JMeter and Blazemeter.

I have tested both web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and reliability. Additionally, I am proficient with bug tracking and test management tools including JIRA, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

I have working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps to run automated tests as part of the build process. I am also experienced with Git for repository management and SQL for backend data validation. Having worked extensively in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban, I am well-versed in sprint-based delivery and collaborative development practices.

In my current role, I lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure clear, effective communication throughout the process. I manage test schedules, assign tasks, and provide guidance so that team members fully understand their responsibilities.
