I’m Abdullah Al Monabbir, with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, and I’ve built my career around e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer support. I approach work with “sincerity and integrity” and focus on helping my organization achieve its goals.

From January 2022 to December 2025, I worked as a Digital Marketing & Customer Support Executive at Banggomartbd. I managed Facebook advertising campaigns, monitored campaign performance, responded to customer inquiries, and processed customer orders. I also handled order tracking, follow-ups, and customer issue resolution.

Earlier, I was a KDP Publisher & Store Manager (January 2020 to December 2021) as a self-employed professional. I published and managed books through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), managed product listings and order processing, and provided email-based customer support to resolve order issues. I learned how to run a store with attention to detail and consistent customer communication.

I’ve also completed major training including IndustrialAttachment in Building Design & Construction, training in AutoCAD & Design, and Digital Marketing (Webcoder IT Institute). I’m comfortable with tools like AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP, Google Sheets, Canva, and Microsoft Office, and I work well using clear communication, active listening, and disciplined time management.
